Are you starting your journey as an interviewer?
Would you like to learn how to conduct great interviews?
Are you a seasoned interviewer?
Would you like to fine-tune your craft?

We have brought together the collective learnings and experiences of Sense Worldwide consultants. These insights have been gained from thousands of hours of interviews and observational research. We have critically analysed our approach to understand what works, what doesn’t and how we can hone our skills to improve from good to great.

Over the next two weeks we will be sharing our approach in four, easy to digest installments.

1// USP: What makes our approach different
2// BEFORE: Prepping for the (interview) session
3// DURING: Conducting the best interview of your life
4// AFTER: Immediate reflection and synthesis

You will get to explore The Art Of Interviewing and see how we do it at Sense Worldwide.

1// What Makes Our Approach Different

In this first installment, we describe what sets our approach apart.

We think of all the individuals we speak to as people first and respondents second. We get on their level and understand what makes them tick. We want them to be themselves without any hang ups about taking part in a ‘research’ study. We think of our interviews more as conversations; they have a purpose but there’s the freedom to explore things we might not have expected to hear.

Read pages 1-10 to see what sets us apart. We will be delving into the rest of the presentation throughout this series.
