Product Innovation – A Brand Experience Framework

As a part of a Consumer Research & Product Development programme, Unilever were looking to evolve the Vaseline brand. In the Master Plan we created a brand experience framework onto which we mapped all their existing insights and created an opportunity map to inspire a cross-functional brand and product innovation team.


Using this work as a stimulus we collaborated with creative consumers and as a result created a new range of products with new messages, claims, packaging and concepts to establish their thought leadership in the category.
